Initiate Your Request
Log into your duriantea account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
